Time schedule for Meet Me WednesdayS!

5:15......Check-in begins

Walk/Run on your own anytime.
Warm up with Stretch and Strength at 5:00 pm.

5:30......Walk or Run with a leader
5:30.....DocWalk
6:30......Closing Ceremony...awards and raffle

  $1 soda/$2 beer/$5 wine available at bar in Reforma, with hand stamp.
                            Don't forget the tip!!
The DocWalk Makes a Move!
Since it's getting darker, the DocWalk will now walk over to the Cambric Center with their doc leaders and do their exercise routine with lighting. It's not so safe for a larger group of walkers to walk on the river path together. Just looking out for you! :-)

Lee and Barbara are new volunteers at MMW. Thank you!! Would you like to volunteer? Lee and Barbara are finished with their work by 5:00 and get to do the whole walk. Looking for a volunteer job that let's you walk or run too. Let us know here!
