Inspiring 2016 TEDCO Entrepreneur Expo Highlightss 

Entrepreneurship and innovation was on fine display on November 14 as nearly 700 of the region's aspiring  entrepreneurs and seasoned business leaders came together to attend the 2016 Entrepreneur Expo  in Baltimore. Expo participants heard from a variety of industry experts, including keynote speakers  Tenable Network Security
Founder Ron Gula and Bithgroup Technologies Founder Robert Wallace.  
 

Garrett College students attended the Entrepreneur Expo.  "A key goal for the trip was to bring our students and entrepreneurs together as part of a contingent of rural communities aligned through MBIA. We wanted to provide a strong, recognizable rural presence while also exposing our students and entrepreneurs to the vast and deep support ecosystem available downstate. Based on my observations and feedback from all involved, the trip certainly met its goals," stated Mike Tumbarello, Director of the Garrett College Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Vice President of the Maryland Business Incubation Association (MBIA) Board of Director.
