The North Richland Hills City Council has approved a balanced budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 and voted to keep the city's property tax rate at 61-cents per $100 valuation.  Although the city's tax rate remains the same, residents will see their property tax bill change if the value of their home has changed. Property tax bills for senior citizens and disabled residents will not change unless they have purchased a new home or made additions to their home.
