"A day that will live in infamy" Lest we forget!
USS Arizona burning after attack 12/7/1941. More than 2,000 Americans were killed.

We have reporters from Japan in Macomb County this afternoon seeking to interview Democrat auto workers who voted Trump/Pence. If you have one to recommend please email name and contact information ASAP!!!  [email protected]

We think it is of value that people in all nations read and be inspired by workers voting conservative!

Michigan Freedom To Work is the grass roots organization that led the grass roots effort for labor freedom, growing to a coalition of 218 groups with more than 70,000 members. We continue to defend the FTW laws as we seek to eliminate discriminatory "prevailing wage" laws  www.laborfreedom.com
We are waiting for a ruling from the Fed judge to release the order requiring an expedited recount, consistent with the Federal and Michigan appeals courts.
At 12:45 PM the judge ordered a 20 minute break and said he would have a ruling from the bench considering the time sensitivity. We hear now that he will issue a written opinion. At 2:49 PM the News reported Here. We may have a ruling yet today.
So, we are on hold. The results so far from Wisconsin and Michigan show minor shift, (six counties, both candidates down by 20 in WI) but not enough to change the results. The Judge should take that into consideration, and if he orders it to proceed should approve a $5 Million bond by Stein to continue. In the meantime we heard on Frank Beckman's show an appeal for Clinton volunteers. Republicans did not respond. Here is info we are working on.

It is recommended you still show up for recount as some clerks will continue the process until ordered to stop. You can sign up on THIS LINK  by scrolling to the county you want to help in,

++ Michigan Appeals court says Stein can't seek recount
The Michigan appeals court says Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein has no right to seek a recount in the state because of her fourth-place finish in the Nov. 8 election.
The court ordered the Michigan election board to reject her recount petition. It's unclear how this would affect the recount, which began on Monday.
The appeals court ruled in favor of Republican Donald Trump and the state attorney general, who argued that Stein is not an "aggrieved" candidate under Michigan law because she can't win the state with a recount.
Attorney General Bill Schuette says the recount now "must stop." But Stein's attorney, Mark Brewer, says the recount still isn't over. He pointed to a Monday decision by a federal judge who accelerated the process. AP Article

++ The unanimous ruling, released late Tuesday, could delegitimize the statewide hand recount already underway in several Michigan counties, but the court did not explicitly order that process to stop. Separately, a federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld an order forcing the state to start the recount Monday. News Article

++ Michigan's Board of State Canvassers halted action Wednesday morning awaiting a court-ordered end to the presidential recount pending the outcome of a federal court hearing in Detroit. They went into closed session to consult with attorneys and recessed until 4PM. Update on their twitter feed

++ Half of Detroit votes may be ineligible for recount. One-third of precincts in Wayne County could be disqualified from an unprecedented statewide recount of presidential election results because of problems with ballots.
Most of those are in heavily Democratic Detroit, where the number of ballots in precinct poll books did not match those of voting machine printout reports in 59 percent of precincts, 392 of 662. MORE

Kalamazoo County completed its recount around 9 p.m. Tuesday. County Clerk Tim Snow reported a slight shift in the numbers: Donald Trump: 51,050 votes (+16); Hillary Clinton: 67,230 (+82); Gary Johnson: 5,644 (Same); Jill Stein: 1,633 (-  ??)

Exerpts from FB post by Jeff Phillips:
The two county employees at our table doing the count informed us that they had never received any training at all about any of this. They asked the green party watcher & I if we received any training. We said we both had webinars hosted by our political parties. Based merely on this alone, these two staff members repeatedly asked us questions throughout the day of how they should do their job.
As the ballots were then being separated into stacks for each candidate, I caught around half a dozen of Trump ballots being erroneously placed in the Clinton stack again. The Green party's volunteer from earlier had left for the day and her replacement didn't have nearly as keen of an eye as before, so it fell to me to catch all but one of these. It was the same deal with the straight ticket democrat cross over votes. So I'll claim credit for saving another 12 votes off our margin by being there. In total there were only 9 ballots marked for Trump, which jived with the original results. But had I not been there, 6 of these would have been -6 for Trump and +6 for Clinton.

++ Ottawa Party is hosting a meeting tomorrow night 7-9 PM at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 501 E 24th St., Holland, MI 49423. Featuring Trevor Loudon! It is highly recommended you attend if possible. Loudon reports facts about socialists, communists, and progressives in Congress, as well as current threats to American national security under the Obama administration. More than 100 members of Congress are likely not eligible for security clearances, but some serve on committees dealing with highly classifies matters.
This event also includes a showing of the documentary film, "The Enemy Within."
