This Full Moon, come relax the body and mind in a restorative yoga workshop while learning various pranayama (Breath control) techniques. Pranayama is a helpful tool for your yoga practice, to aid in meditation, as well as in daily life. Learn how the breath reacts to your mental state, and how to, in turn, control your mental state with the breath.

Imagine our muscles are sausages.The Myofascia is the sausage casing, and like a long line of sausage links, our muscles - and the myofascia, is all connected to one another. Under a microscope the myofascia looks like a web or net, covering and connecting every part of the body to every other part of the body, and just like getting a pull in a knit sweater, pulling a muscle, or general tightness in a certain area can move down the line and affect the body as a whole. Join Kate to lear more on how a tennis ball can help you release the myofascia and learn how pressure points can greatly help your flexibility, stability and general comfort!

Diffuse instead of Burning Candles
A great way to keep our studio and home smelling nice all year is to diffuse high quality essential oils.
Diffusing natural ingredients promotes good health physically and mentally. You don't have to be an expert in yoga to enjoy the beautiful benefits of the new doTERRA Yoga Collection which you can experience this season at Imprint Pilates.
The beauty of diffusing essential oils is that we can customize scents. This season we will also be focusing on Easy Air, Eucalyptus, Siberian Fir perfect for the colder winter season ahead! The health benefits of these oils are endless!
When diffusing oils, we use a cold-air diffuser, since anything that heats the oils can damage some of their beneficial properties. We use doTERRA PURE essential oils since the whole point of moving from candles to oils is to avoid unnatural ingredients floating around the studio.
