Keep NCHMIS Safe!

The Data Center has a new resource - a Privacy and Security Guide. This is a quick reference guide to outline the practical and technical ways you can help protect client data. We expect our users to follow these rules to stay in compliance with the license policy. If you have any questions, please ask!
Mediware Update

Issue: VI-SDPAT inconsistently adds 1 point for clients over 65
"We have confirmed that this is an issue in ServicePoint. There is a workaround, when you create a Vi SPDAT record and the score does not give a point for being elderly for the clients over 65 you can delete the SPDAT record and recreate it. This seems to consistently fix the issue. At this time because development resources are being shifted to SP 6 and there is a consistent workaround it is unlikely that this issue will be addressed in SP 5."
Solution: Double check clients over 65 to make sure the points are calculated correctly. If they are missing 1 point for their age, delete and re-enter the VI-SPDAT or VI-FSPDAT.

Please call or email the Data Center Helpdesk for any assistance troubleshooting.
