The Jungle Book Ball
Saturday, November 4 | 7-10 pm
Evoking Rudyard Kipling's beloved tale of Mowgli and his jungle adventures, this formal-attire ball will feature local fare, an open bar, live and silent auctions, and so much more! General tickets are $150 per person and VIP Prologue tickets, which grant access to a VIP hour beginning at 6 pm, are $300 per person.

Glow in the Park Lantern Walk
Sunday, September 17 | 5-8 pm
As night falls on September 17 at Lake Ellyn Park, the Glen Ellyn Park District and Charlie's Corner Foundation will present an illuminated lantern walk around Lake Ellyn to benefit Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.
Who gets to participate in the walk? You do! Decorate a lantern at the event ($10 fee; supplies provided) or bring your own creative creation! The lantern walk will be preceded by family-friendly activities (including an inflatable climbing wall) from 5-7:30 pm. From 6-7 pm, kid-friendly performer Dave Rudolf will play a concert from the bandshell.
Admission to the event is free, but cash donations to Lurie Children's are appreciated. Learn more at
