Back-to-School Program Gets Kids Ready
_______________________________________
We recently held our Back-to-School Bonanza back pack distribution. Once again, we gave out over 700 fully stocked backpacks to children in Beverly and Manchester-by-the-Sea.
These children will be totally prepared for school thanks to the generosity of the community as well as the following organizations who held drives to collect supplies:
Enzymatics, Inc, Doonan, Graves & Longoria, LLC, Axcelis Technologies, Congregational Church of Topsfield, CSL Americas, Electric Insurance Co., Institution for Savings, Edward & Winifred Moseley Foundation, Paul Russell and Company, Second Congregational Church, St. Peter's Episcopal Church, UBS Financial Services, Windover Development, LLC, Single Source and Greater Beverly YMCA.
Thank you!

Exciting News!
_______________________________________
Our After-School Homework Club program is about to start and this year, we've got some changes in store. The children will be separated into smaller study groups and in the middle school club there will be a higher teacher to student ratio. This is all in an effort to further enhance each child's learning experience and give them an opportunity to succeed beyond their own expectations.
To make this possible, we are looking for more volunteers for the After-School programs. If you enjoy working with kids and want to give back, contact Leslie Colten, Volunteer Coordinator at volunteering@beverlybootstraps.org or 978-927-1561 or

8-Year Old Gives Back
For Max's 8th birthday, he requested that his friends bring sports equipment to be donated to Beverly Bootstraps instead of gifts for him. How amazing is that? Max is shown here, with his sister Anna, making his special delivery! Thank you Max!
