George Zimbel: A Documentary Photographer's Vision showcases a small selection of works from Zimbel's seven-decade long career that produced works of immense significance. He has pursued his documentary photographic projects alongside commercial ones, photographing larger-than-life characters, such as Marilyn Monroe and JFK and Jackie, to street scenes that reveal the inner lives of the denizens who inhabit these spaces.

The St. Catharines Sports Hall of Fame was founded in 1990 to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of both women and men, athletes and builders who have significantly contributed to the development of sport in St. Catharines and went on to success at Provincial, National and/or International levels of competition.

Each year the City of St. Catharines presents a variety of summer concert programming at Market Square, Montebello Park and other park settings to provide community members with free outdoor music experiences.
The City of St. Catharines will now be accepting applications throughout the year
for the Summer Concert Series to be included in a database of performers.
Submissions from original and cover recording artists as well as established and emerging artists are welcome.
Note: 2016 applicants do not need to re-apply - these submissions have been added to the database.
