Using media to share our messages

As some of you know, we have been working to provide information for our state coalitions addressing substance abuse and prevention issues.  Through contacts with our friends across the country, we have been able to share our resources and make them available to all partners in the prevention field.   Please feel free to share these resources and let us know how we can further our efforts.  You can contact us at [email protected] if you would like more information.

Still looking for success stories!

In our efforts to show case the work of coalitions, we have been working to collect stories to share through the round table and social media.  We would love to share your story and a picture of your group / community activity.

Some ideas of what a Success Story might contain:
  • Being valued as a resource
  • Increasing successful partnerships
  • Demonstrating shared leadership
  • Having meaningful youth involvement
  • Providing examples of creating change
  • Sustaining environmental change
  • Achieving successful outcomes.
If you have something share email Kathy at [email protected]

Brochures available for coalitions
It is important to get the general public up to speed on what we know regarding safety issues with marijuana and Rx drugs in particular.  AC4C has worked with state partners to produce 10,000 brochures for statewide distribution.  The funds were provided through a ODCP-JAG Diversion grant. and are available upon request.  You can also download the links below to access these brochures.

Limited quantities can be mailed by emailing us at [email protected]
