State of Michigan Project SEARCH Launches
On October 2, Ingham ISD and the State of Michigan officially launched the second Project SEARCH site in the Ingham ISD service area - Spartan Project SEARCH launched last year at MSU. During the first year of Spartan Project SEARCH, 100 percent of students found employment after their one-year internship. The first year of the State of Michigan program offers student training opportunities in 15 state departments with the goal of developing valuable workplace skills leading to post-graduation employment. We are eager to see the student results from both programs this year.
