One way in which the JVA promotes the growth of junior volleyball is through high quality, well organized events. In 2017 2,107 teams from 327 clubs across the country participated in 6 JVA hosted events, which is more than double the number of teams the previous year. The JVA is excited to announce the 2017 JVA Beach Watch List that recognizes over 110 JVA beach players who are among the best in their age division this juniors beach season. Read more.

A volleyball-specific strength and conditioning program can optimize a player's performance on the court. Whether athletes are still developing or competing at the highest level, spending time in the weight room building a strength foundation can be the difference between winning and losing a game.
