Service Opportunity
service opportunities
Do you have a desire to do service in our Orange County area? The Sisters of St. Joseph in Orange have a service day coming up on SATURDAY, September 30. It is very similar to our All School Service Day (even has some of the same venues as us!) but it is on a Saturday. Check out the link below. You have to sign up by September 15 and will need to have a guardian with you but these appear to be great opportunities to get knee deep within the community to help out. Check it out. If you do volunteer, just bring a service hour form with you and have them sign it when your commitment is complete. Do it with a friend - could be fun! If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Townsend.
comedy sportz Tri-School's Comedy Sportz: HSL Team Orientation & Workshop
Join Tri-School's Comedy Sportz: HSL Team!
An orientation & workshop will be held  Friday, September 15, from 3:30-5 p.m. at Servite High School. A mandatory parent meeting will be held after the workshop from 5-5:30 p.m.

What is Comedy Sportz High School League?  Have you ever seen the show "Whose Line is it Anyway?" Well you'll be learning how to play improv games like those, and competing against other 'actletes' in matches, which are performances. The matches are refereed and the audience decides who wins. It's not actually competitive: we don't keep track of who wins or loses, and we switch the teams often.  This is open to anyone who wants to give it a shot: athletes, actors, etc! The greatest thing about Comedy Sportz is that YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE FUNNY. You just have to be positive, enthusiastic and willing to have a good time. We'll teach you the rest. To get a Comedy Sportz Packet visit the Tri-School Office or email Mr. Marrone at [email protected].
College Case Study Night
case study
There will be a Tri-School College Case Study Night on Monday, September 18, at 6:30 p.m. The event is an engaging and effective way to discuss the college application process. College representatives will lead parents and students through a mock admission committee using three example cases. The exercise will point out the intricacies of the process and the importance of assembling a strong application. Guests will gain insight and understanding as to what is valued in the college application. The Case Study program concludes with a mini college fair. All students can sign up for themselves and their parents through Family Connection/Naviance. Please read the three case studies before the event. Click here for the link to the three case studies. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tran Ryan.
