The St. Catherine St. Vincent de Paul Committee is holding their annual clothing drive. They are looking for slightly used clothing, such as coats, jeans, slacks, tops, shirts, sweat shirts, etc. All sizes for both male and female and children sizes as well. You may drop off your clean clothing donations by the elevator located at the end of the Siena Center hallway. Thanks in advance to all those who generously support this annual drive.
Calling all Parish Kids and Youth Let's Sing, Ring and Celebrate! It's time to build our Children and Youth Music Ministry here at St. John the Baptist and I'm excited to bring new opportunities for your child to grow in faith and service through music! As in previous years, we will have a Children's Choir and new this year will be a Youth Choir and a Children's Handbell group. We will have weekly practices and opportunities to share our music in our parish and community. On Sunday, November 5, 2017, the parishes of St. john the Baptist and St. Michael the Archangel will meet at 3:00 p m. for our annual Commemoration of the Faithful Departed Service. It is an opportunity to gather together to remember, mourn, and grieve the death of our loved ones and celebrate the promise of eternal life. We hope you will be able to join us as we remember all who have died since our parishes were founded.
