Speech Development

Many parents  worry that there may be a problem with their child's speech development during the preschool and pk years.  Did you know that some speech sounds are completely normal and expected?  Other times, there is a delay in development of speech that may require intervention.  Children with speech delays may become angry or withdrawn because they struggle to communicate.  If you are concerned about your child's speech development, don't hesitate to bring it up at conferences!  Please click on the link below to learn more about speech development by age.

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Teacher conferences are coming up in November.  Please sign up for conferences outside of your child's classroom.  If you can't make the times listed, please speak with your child's teacher to set up an alternate time.  Please note that Mrs. L and Mrs. A's conferences will be held on different days since Mrs. L has been called for Federal Jury Duty.

If you would like to meet with Mrs. Rupp (Art & Atrium) or Mrs. Boros (PE & Computer), please contact                                                                                                those teachers directly or send a                                                                                                  note to the office.

Care will be offered on 11/21/17 and 11/22/17 for those who need it.  Please see yellow folder for details.  Limited to the first 12 students.
For those coming to Trunk or Treat on Saturday.  In the event of rain, we will move the event inside.  Please bring a card table to set up your "trunk" in the gym if we need to move inside.

Our fall fundraising campaign kicks off today.  Please consider supporting us by purchasing cookie dough, tumblers or Christmas wreaths and decorations.  Participation in fundraising is completely optional but much appreciated!  Proceeds go toward our teacher scholarship fund and towards purchasing items for our Sensory Room.
