NEW HEATING COMPARISON TOOL
To help consumers choose an appropriate replacement for their existing electrical heating systems, the NW Ductless Heat Pump Project has developed a new heating comparison tool

The tool covers the relative expense of a single-zone DHP, electric baseboard/Cadets, a heat pump and an electric forced-air furnace. LG $400 MARKDOWN PROMOTIONLG
LG is working with their Northwest distributors and the NW Ductless Heat
Pump Project to bring the region a new ductless promotion this fall. Promotion details include:
  • $400 markdown on all single-zone LG ductless systems (excluding Mega systems)
  • An additional $50 per indoor head for select multi-zone LG ductless systems
  • Available now through November 30, 2017
  • Equipment must be purchased from and installed by an LG installer

OREGON RESIDENTIAL ENERGY TAX CREDIT (RETC) EXPIRATION
The Residential Energy Tax Credit (RETC) administered by the Oregon Department of Energy is set to expire on December 31, 2017. Help your customers take advantage of this tax credit before it's gone!

While the RETC may be expiring, local utilities still offer ductless rebates throughout the region. Ensure that your customers take advantage of this tax credit before it expires by making sure they have purchased a qualifying ductless system by December 31, 2017 and installed it by April 1, 2018.
