Smart Choices:
Enhanced Patient Care goes
hand-in-hand with CBCT technology

Dr. James Metz invests in technology that provides the best possible care for patients!

In 2016, The Metz Center became one of the only practices in the nation to invest in a Planmeca ProMax 3D Mid cone beam computed technology (CBCT) with a Lateral Cephalometric Imaging unit AND the full spectrum of
Romexis software.

The Planmeca ProMax 3D Mid is extremely useful beyond general dentistry services and The Metz Center has the software spectrum that allows them to expand into specialty areas such as Endodontics, Implantology, Orthodontics; Periodontics and Maxillofacial Surgeries.

"We had a real eye opener today into what top of the line advanced technology could provide us. Feeling so confident with difficult angled implant cases in half the chair time. Amazing! The possibilities are going to be endless!"

Positional obstructive sleep apnea (P-OSA) is a clinically common phenotype of OSA, which can be treated effectively with mandibular advancement devices (MADs). These authors hypothesized that the efficacy of an MAD IS comparable to that of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP) in P-OSA patients.
