DESIGN CHARETTE THIS SUNDAY!
Dear UU members and friends,
The Art Committee is planning a collaboration with the service committee to create one wall hanging for each of the seven UU principles, to be completed and presented as we explore the deeper meanings of each principle this year. We'll start with bare walls and add the artwork as we go along.
We need your input! How can we visually depict the meanings of our principles? What symbols or icons are representative our values? What words sum up the deeper meaning of each?
This Sunday, after service, please visit the fellowship hall to participate in a "Design Charette," where you may offer your thoughts and visual ideas for our wall hangings.
No artistic ability is needed- we're looking for your ideas! Magazines, markers, paper, etc. will be supplied. Or, bring your ideas in your own form.
See you there!
------------------------------------------------
Thank you,
Megan Ryan
