LS Theater Performance is Next Week!
Most American students are familiar with the tales of Paul Bunyon and Johnny Appleseed, but on
Thursday and Friday, December 1 and 2
, Bradford Christian Academy lower school students will highlight the folklore and fables from around the world with their presentation of
Around the World in Many Plays.
Please join us at
7:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Haverhill, 217 Main Street, Haverhill, MA. Tickets are $10, and available at the door.

Christmas Concert Details
Due to the combination of our blossoming performing arts ensembles, we will be hosting
two separate Christmas Concerts on Friday, December 9.
All lower school performers will showcase their talents from
6:30 - 7:30 pm
, and high school performers will dazzle their audience from
8:00 - 9:00 pm.
(There will be a 30 minute interlude between performances.)
All member of the BCA community are welcome to enjoy both performances or stay for only one. B
oth concerts will be performed at the First Baptist Church of Haverhill, 217 Main Street, Haverhill, MA.
Performing Arts Presents...Poinsettias!
We're so happy to announce the official launch of our BCA Arts Booster Club, "PEEPA" - People Enjoying Extraordinary Performing Arts! To kickoff our efforts in supporting our budding artists, we're hosting a Christmas flower sale. No need to pay in advance! Simply fill out this
online order form, and we'll have your poinsettias and Christmas Cacti ready for payment at pickup at one of our December events at First Baptist Church of Haverhill - the Lower School theater production, "Around the World in Many Plays" on
December 1st & 2nd, and the all-school Christmas concert, "Joy to the World" on
December 9th.
(If you have family and friends coming, why not buy a plant and present it to them at the performance? Christmas shopping done!)
GrandFriends Day at BCA LS
GrandFriends Day at the lower school will be held on Thursday, December 1
. GrandFriends at the LS event will participate in a fun activity and have cider & doughnuts with their students.

The Lower School is hosting a canned food drive to support Somebody Cares New England. Classes will compete to see which group can bring in the most cans. Other dry goods such as rice and pasta receive points as well.
Basketball Midnight Madness Event!
Tonight the BCA basketball program kicks off its year with a
Midnight
Madness event at the Plaistow YMCA from
5:30-7:30 pm
. The entire BCA community is encouraged to come out and meet all of our boys and girls basketball players and get ready for a great season.
- Midnight madness will feature a dunk contest, skills and shooting, and a scrimmage involving all of our high school basketball players
- There will be food for sale at the Midnight Madness event.
- We will offer van transportation for the first 40 students who are part of the Dodge Ball event that want to go to Midnight Madness. (See above for permission slip.)
