Conversation Caf és: Who Are We & Where Are We Going?

In October and November, St. Mark's will be discussing the Episcopal Church's current life and mission, and our role in that mission as an Episcopal community of faith in Evanston. We hope you will join in in the conversation!

Sunday Morning Presentations (Bethlehem Chapel, 9:30-10:15 AM):
  • Oct. 15   - What's happening in the Episcopal Church: what do the numbers tell us?
Presenter: Debra Bullock, Rector and Charles Zaucha, Geographic IS Specialist (missed it? View the presentation here.)

  • Oct. 22 - What's the mission of the Episcopal Church? What is the Jesus Movement?
Presenter: Scott Zaucha, Associate for Community Engagement
(missed it? View the presentation here.)

  • Oct. 29 - What's happening in our diocese? What is its mission?
Presenter: Victor Conrado, Associate for Ministries, Diocese of Chicago
Conversation Cafés are vestry-hosted conversations where we gather to make sense of the world of St. Mark's. There is no homework - just a simple process that will help us shift from small talk to BIG talk - conversations that matter as we think and learn together, surface insights, and dare to dream about the future of St. Mark's.

YOUR input matters! Please make every effort to be a part of the conversation.

  • Sunday, November 5, 10:45 AM-12:45 PM
