Rachel Bengino, associate at Thornton Grout Finnigan, wrote an article with a colleague that was published in the CAIRP magazine, Rebuilding Success.

Rosa J. Evergreen, a partner in Arnold & Porter, was recognized in Chambers and Partners this year.

Mary Lane, an investment banker and healthcare and bankruptcy lawyer, presented as a panelist at a Beverly Hills Bar Association panel entitled "You May Be Healthy, But What About Your Provider? Dealing with Troubled Healthcare Providers."

Eva Ringelspacher, the chair of TMA NOW Germany, senior manager at hww Unternehmensberater, invited women of the turnaround industry in Germany and Austria to the TMA NOW Germany kick-off. She spoke about "Where Remains the Magic - The Fashion Sector in Restructuring Industry."  Maria Th. Bühler, a member of TMA Austria, Bühler Management, explained "Restructuring in Austria." The kick-off event and the following get together was hosted by Dr. Markus W. Exler, professor at Kufstein University of Applied Sciences and director of Institute of Corporate Restructuring in Austria. It was a pre-restructuring conference event for women before the Annual Restructuring Conference that the Kufstein University organizes each year.
