Eugene women, leading the way
Haley Lyons ( Kernutt Stokes),
Melissa Koke (QSL Print Communications), and
Aimee Butler (Waddell & Reed).
Though nationally the number of women in business leadership roles remains small, their ranks are growing.  An increasing number of women are serving as CEOs at Fortune 500 companies, as well as in top political positions and in managerial and professional occupations. Locally, networking groups work to help women advance their professional careers by providing opportunities for them to share experiences and advice.

Our latest issue of OPEN for Business introduces you to three women reaching the top of their fields, breaking through whatever barriers have historically put business leadership roles largely out of reach for women.

Young Professionals gathering Thursday
Thursday, December 1st, 5:00 - 7:00 PM, Heritage Distilling Company
YPN is getting into the holiday spirit for the last event of the year!

Heritage Distilling Company will be hosting December's Young Professionals Network at their new Eugene space in the Whiteaker. Head down to Heritage to try one of their fine spirits and enjoy the ambiance of one of Eugene's finest new distilleries! Beer and wine will be provided by our amazing partners at Cornerstone Tailgates and The Eugene Emeralds.

Heritage Distilling will also be hosting St. Vincent De Paul's
Holiday Joy Program where they are helping families who are in need. They will have collection bins for toys and other items families who are in need could use over the holidays. This is a great opportunity for our YPN members to give back to our community.
