THE REAL MCKENZIES

Founded in 1992, The Real McKenzies bring together the sounds of "soaring bagpipes and ferocious electric guitars." The group is known for performing cover songs with a twist - altered slightly, to fit a Scottish theme - with a punk rock style.

And, of course, band members wear kilts while rocking on stage. Members include Paul McKenzie on vocals; Jono Ja on guitar and vocals; Dan Garrison, also on guitar and vocals; Troy Zak on bass and vocals; Dan Stenning on drums; Aspy Luison on bagpipes and vocals; Matt McNasty on bagpipes and vocals; and Gord Taylor on bagpipes and vocals.
