Oakland Mills Village Center Area Redevelopment Feasibility Study
A resource for Oakland Mills residents, business owners, property owners and visitors
Dear Community Stakeholder:

Thanks again to all who joined us at our Preliminary Findings community meeting held November 15. We appreciated the many thoughtful questions we received from you verbally and in writing at that meeting. Please take a moment to review our new Preliminary Findings Questions and Answers sheet. And, if you need a refresher, the Preliminary Findings presentation is available to view on our webpage.

Thank you also to those who participated in our online comment collection that closed December 9. Howard County planners have reviewed your comments and shared them with our consultants at Bolan Smart Associates (BSA), who are busy preparing the study's technical report.

Finally, keep an eye out for a Save the Date email announcing our third and final community meeting, to be held in February 2017. If you have any questions about the study, please feel free to call the Department of Planning and Zoning at 410-313-2350 or email Kate Bolinger (kbolinger@howardcountymd.gov).

Sincerely,
Valdis Lazdins, Director
Howard County Department of Planning and Zoning (DPZ)
