I hope you and your family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving and are looking forward to a joyous holiday season. As you begin the familiar ritual of seeking the perfect gifts for friends and loved ones, remember that today is #GivingTuesday - the global movement to build support for nonprofit organizations.
I have had the distinct pleasure of being invited to sit on the board of the Meadowlands Area YMCA. Through my short time there I have learned just how vital the monies raised are to the local community right here in our backyard. I sincerely hope you will consider making a donation the the Meadowlands Area YMCA today on Giving Tuesday or at any point during this blessed holiday season.
The Y will utilize your generous contribution to enrich the common good of the local community. Last year alone the Y provided over $300,000 of financial assistance to 1,000 local youth and families in need which made a meaningful and enduring impact right here in Southern Bergen County.
