We are excited to announce that effective December 5, 2016, Coyote North Ltd. has been acquired by CDN Controls Ltd. to provide an increased service offering and value proposition to our respective customers. Brent Willey founded Coyote North Ltd in 2010 as has successfully led this company to complete numerous projects over the years, as well as delivered the following value-added services to numerous customers both domestically and internationally:
· Design, Manufacturing, and Commissioning of Incinerators and Combustors
· Servicing of all combustion equipment, including CSA-B.149.3 certified fuel gas trains; New, Replacement and Upgrades
· Waste Heat Recovery/providing Oil Heating, Glycol Heating, Hot Water or Steam and Electrical Power Generation
Through this acquisition, all former Coyote North Ltd operations in Canada will now be managed under the CDN Controls Ltd. corporate structure. Brent and his team will be joining CDN Controls Ltd., operating under the recently formed Combustion and Emissions Services Division. This merger will enable both companies to provide an expanded and complimentary service offering to their respective customers, as well, increase the value-proposition through leveraging administrative operations, field operations, safety processes, expanded branch operations support, and improved overall supply chain management.

QuickBooks Premier Level 1 - This module teaches students how to perform daily accounting tasks in the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. This course is intended for someone who will be primarily doing data entry in QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Premier Level 2 - This module is a continuation of basic features for daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks and will introduce some of the more advanced functions and capabilities of QuickBooks. Students will look at how to create company files, and deal with more advanced tasks for receivables, payables, inventory and payroll.
Course Cost 250 + 50 Book for each Level plus GST = 315.00

Burton Riglet Park
Head down to Ernie's Sports Experts on Saturday Dec.17 from 10:00AM - 4:00PM for Burton's Riglet Park event. This is a wonderful way of introducing those young one's (ages 2-8) to Snowboarding in an indoor, safe environment.
Nitehawk's Snowboard Instructors will be there leading kids through the Riglet Park and we'll also be onsite to answer any of your questions regarding our Lesson Programs and to sign your children up for Boarding lessons. Nitehawk will also be giving 2 for 1 Lift vouchers for anyone attending!
Burton On Snow Demo Day by Ernie's Sport Experts
December 18th 11am - 5pm
Come and check out some of the latest and the greatest products that Burton has to offer. We're going to have tents set up with all current season boards and bindings available for anyone to try. Please note that a waiver needs to be signed by a parent/guardian for those of you under 18, and a valid credit card and ID is required to demo the product.

For the first time, 3 Day Startup is traveling across Alberta with NAIT! On January 20th-22nd , 3DS will be in Grande Prairie in partnership with Grande Prairie Regional College and Alberta Innovates to bring you a weekend filled with practical hands on learning to help give you the skills to take an idea and form it in to a business!
3DS is an extreme hands-on approach to help students, alumni and members of the community gain entrepreneurial skills. Over the course of 3 days, participants will progress through a series of modules, in a learning-by-doing environment, that include: ideation, team formation, customer discovery, rapid prototyping, and pitch workshops. We hope to kickstart new companies and build entrepreneurial capabilities in all participants.
You DON'T have to be in a student to join or an alumni, this program is open to anyone wanting to learn new skill in entrepreneurship.

The GOA recently announced a cap on the regulated rate option (RRO) for electricity of 6.8 cents/kWh, commencing June 2017 through June 2021.

Celebrate Tipp's Eve on December 23rd at the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club. This event supports 18 local non-profits as part of the 2017 KMSC Law Golf Event.
