Yoga's Gift: Ananda -
The State of Bliss
Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 I 2 pm

The yoga practice is a journey from the inside out. The practice of yoga is meant to build inner awareness and reveal the more subtle aspects of our being. This subtle awareness can reveal the often negative, energy depleting feeling-tone we carry with us in our day to day living . Underneath the many complex layers and at the core of what makes up a single human being is Ananda - the state of bliss. It is our true essence and our birth right. In this workshop we will explore the 5 Koshas or layers that make up our being. From the very outer layer (physical body) to the innermost state (bliss). Through the practices of asana, pranayama and meditation we will peel away the layers to reveal the state of bliss and learn the difference between the blissful inner state and fleeting state of happiness.  Cost:$35
