United Way of North Central Florida and Women United are excited to present our 7th Annual Women United Holiday Luncheon benefiting our ReadingPals Program. Women look forward to this event every year to get an early start on their holiday shopping, while enjoying a festive lunch and spirits with friends!

This year's event might be the most exciting ever! We added the opportunity to purchase wine or champagne and our key note speaker is Officer Ben Tobias, Public Information Officer and Department Spokesperson, from Gainesville Police Department. It is rumored that some Hot Cops might actually be in attendance, along with the chance to reserve your own Hot Cops calendar!

Whether you are a new or returning attendee, please pay close attention to the new venue. To allow for a larger shopping and dinning crowd, this year's event is at The Village at Gainesville. Twenty vendors are offering their wares for sale and 20 percent of the proceeds are donated to ReadingPals. Proceeds from the luncheon ticket sales also benefit ReadingPals.

Where else can you have fun shopping with girlfriends and enjoy a delicious lunch all while donating to a worthy cause?

Attendees said they love this event because they don't feel guilty about spending money when they know it is for a great cause! The date is Wednesday, November 8, 11:00 a.m - 1:30 p.m. at The Village at Gainesville located across from Santa Fe College.

Last chance to RSVP is November 1! So if you have not yet purchased your ticket, do so today at www.WUHoliday2017.EventBrite.com!

We hope to see you on the 8th!
