POP-UP PROGRAM
Scary, Scary, Scary!
Tuesday, October 24 | 7-8:30 pm
Storytelling for adults is hot, hot, hot - with shows like The Moth and initiatives like Story Corps entertaining us while building community and connection. First Person Live™ brings adult storytelling to the western suburbs with a monthly show featuring acclaimed tellers from Chicago, as well as local folks.

It's a simple but compelling concept: real people telling true stories from their lives, on a different theme each month. No notes, no props, no special training needed - just a good story, told from the heart. Hosted by three-time Moth StorySLAM winner Diane Kastiel and featuring seven different storytellers, this month's theme "Scary, Scary, Scary" showcases stories of things that go bump in the night (or at least keep us up!).
