It has been ten years since the launch of the last PACD website. In order to keep up with current technology, staff worked with a designer to create a new mobile-friendly, modern, and visually appealing website. Check it out today

If your district is interested in switching over to this new template, please contact PACD Director of Communications and Education Shannon Wehinger at swehinger@pacd.org. If enough districts are interested, we may be able to obtain a discounted 'group' price through the same service, using the same template.
NRCS Accepting Applications for USDA Conservation Stewardship Program
USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is accepting applications for enrollment in the Conservatio n  Stewardship Program (CSP), the nation's largest conservation program, through February 3, 2017. Applications will be made available online and in local service centers. US

NRCS has made several updates to the program this year to help producers better evaluate their conservation options and the benefits to their operations and natural resources. New methods and tools will allow producers to pick practices and enhancements that work best for their conservation objectives and to see potential payment scenarios for conservation early in the process.
