Reminder: Licensed Transfer Process 101
Just a reminder that the Human Resources team has invited all licensed staff to learn about the basics of the District's transfer process at an information session on Wednesday, Nov. 30, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., in room 218C at the Administration Center.

Reminder: U and S Drives Switch to Read-Only in December
U and S drives are switching to read-only over the winter break. All documents will still be available, but no new documents will be able to be edited, moved, or stored in these locations. U and S drives will go away completely in December 2017. The Google Drive application is available for install in the Software Center on Windows machines and in the Self-Service application on computers running Mac OS. Installation of this application will allow a local folder to be created on a user's computer in which they can save and access files that will then sync with their Google Drive in the Cloud. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Help Desk at x1513.

The meeting is open to the public for viewing.
