REMINDER! December 6 Quarterly Update Meeting for Families and Providers
Please note that these meetings
are not intended as a forum for the expression of varying viewpoints or discussion of specific cases. Rather, these meetings ensure regular, live opportunities for families and providers to receive important news and information directly from Division management.
The December meetings are scheduled as follows and, due to space constraints,
pre-registration is required**:

**TO REQUEST TO ATTEND: Send an email to
[email protected] and include the following:
- Which meeting you are requesting to attend: PROVIDERS or FAMILIES
- Attendee's name, email address, and phone number
- Provider affiliation (if applicable)
Registration requests are processed on a
first come, first served basis and all confirmed attendees will receive a confirmation email.
The next Quarterly Update Meeting for Families and Providers is tentatively scheduled for
Tuesday, March 21, 2017. Registration information for the March meeting will be sent out in early March.
