Midnight Run
Thursday, November 9, 5:00 p.m. -
Veterans Day (Observed), Friday, 3:00 a.m.

The
Midnight Run
is Bet Torah's way of helping the homeless in Manhattan. We travel by bus at night into the city to deliver much needed food and clothing to those who are less fortunate. The homeless look forward to our support every year.
Our Run offers teens the opportunity to have real interaction with the homeless. The homeless look forward to the distraction from their present situations, and teens can make a difference for a night in their lives by treating them with respect and dignity. Please be a part of this amazing event.
Teens (age 14+), join us to help collect clothing at the Sisterhood Rummage Sale on Sunday, November 5, assemble the food packages in the hours before we leave for Manhattan, and participate on the actual Midnight Run.
All teens who participate in Midnight Run
must attend one of two orientations, either Wednesday, November 1 at 6:15 or Tuesday, November 7 at 7:30.
and tell us which orientation you're attending.

If you haven't already registered for TLC this year, please do. If you have registered and would go on the Run,
email Youth@BetTorah.org
instead of filling out the form again.
Please email or register by Monday, November 1 at 5:00 p.m.
Can't go on the Midnight Run because of timing or because you're under 14? You can help us before the run, starting at 5:00, making sandwiches and packing up our supplies.
Teens in 10th-12th grade are invited to apply to serve as Midnight Run Captains. Captains must be available to help at the Rummage Sale on Sunday, November 5.
Applications are due before Shabbat on Friday, October 27.
