In light of the recent turmoil of wildfires in California, I reflect on what is important. To my family, friends and acquaintances from Nevada City and Grass Valley to those in Napa, Santa Rosa, and beyond, I wish for hope and renewal during this time of devastation of our beautiful land.
It is now a well-known fact how art plays such an important part in the healing process. I encourage you to spend time with your favorite pieces of art where ever you may be.
A recent road trip to Santa Fe and the Southwest created fuel for my new paintings that will be featured on the Fall Colors Open Studios Tour.

Major Purchase by Kaiser Permanente
I am pleased to announce that four of my large format paintings have been acquired by Kaiser Permanente for their newest medical facility in the heart of downtown Sacramento. Kaiser Permanente has long been a leader in recognizing how the arts play an important part in healing. The paintings will be in the lobby of their new medical building that will be completed early Spring, next to the Golden 1 Center in downtown Sacramento, CA. A BIG thank you to Grigio Art Consulting for bringing me into this great project!
