COOL PROJECTS

The original 1920's multifamily "Period Revival" facade was restored and a modern, 11-story apartment building was erected around it.
The new tower's design of glass and aluminum (comprised of C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. - U.S. Aluminum unitized thermal window wall) serves as a complementary counterpart to the heritage building.
