Sunday Service August 27, 10:00 AM
Clocks and Clouds
The great science philosopher, Karl Popper, once said that all our problems are either clocks or clouds. What's the difference?
Can this be a coping mechanism for living in the world?

Women's Spirituality Group
Sunday, August 27, 11:30-noon in the Sanctuary
Next month, we will offer a group based on the UU curriculum
Rise Up and Call Her Name. Women interested in learning more are invited to come to a meeting on Sunday, August 27 from 11:30 am to 12 noon. This will be an opportunity to explore interest in this new group and set a date/time to meet. Options are Friday mornings from 10 am to 12 noon or Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9.
Rise Up and Call Her Name is a woman-honoring journey of self-empowerment and personal encounter with global Earth-based spiritualities that weaves together worldwide spiritual stories honoring female divinities. It has five 2-hour sessions over consecutive weeks. This is not drop-in; a commitment to attend all five sessions is requested. Eight to twelve women maximum. Sliding scale contribution $20 to $30 for all sessions.
The group will be led by MagalĂ Morales, a counselor with 17 years experience leading groups for women and girls on emotional healing, empowerment and spiritual exploration. She is currently at work on a book about the resurgence of the divine feminine.

This is a morning when we gather to perform activities which keep our Fellowship campus looking good. So wear some "work clothes" and join in the fun. There will be activities for every skill and ability.
