When is Rosati's Opening? They have been issued their Liquor License from the Village of Mundelein and are currently hiring. They anticipate a November 14 opening date if all goes well. Those interested in working at Rosati's can stop by tomorrow October 29 from 10-3 or on November 2 from 11 am til 8 pm. You may also send a resume to [email protected].

Early Voting started October 24 and goes through November 5. The most convenient place for Fremont Township residents to vote early is at the Fremont Library. There is no early voting at Fremont Township. The hours are 9:00 am til 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 9:00 am til 2:00 pm on Saturdays. If those hours don't work for you click here for all dates and options to vote.

For those 50 and over, there is so much to do at the Regent Center. In November they have Retirement Planning, Free Hearing Screening, A Trip to While Fence Farm and How to Make Cheese. As always you can play cards or come out for line dancing and much more!

Mundelein’s second Jewel-Osco store, located at 1150 West Maple Avenue, has planned a Grand Opening celebration on Tuesday, November 8 at 4 p.m.
The public is invited to attend! This new 65,816 square foot state-of-the-art store replaces the vacant Dominick’s grocery store space.

The Hawley Road Ribbon Cutting is November 10 at 1 pm which will be followed by the ribbon cutting of the Hawley Lake Plaza at 1:45 pm

Casino Night Fundraiser to Benefit Veterans
l be held on November 12, 2016 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Double Tree Hotel in Mundelein. All event proceeds go directly to Veterans’ assistance. The Veterans’ Foundation offers assistance and relief to Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, Active Duty Military, and their immediate families.

Super Seniors attend dinner events, school plays, music concerts, and art shows. Several times throughout the school year you will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary dinner served by MHS students and to attend an MHS activity

Reservations are made by calling 847-949-2200 ext. 1266 and leaving the name, address and phone number of each senior citizen who is attending. You may only sign up for one event at a time and you must reserve no later than one week prior to the event. We start taking reservations approximately four weeks before each event.

We accept diaper donations for children and adults. If you have diapers you are no longer in need of, please consider donating them to Fremont Township. We do accept open bags.
