It's Not Just Magazines Anymore!
Booklets and letters for the annual Magazine (and more) Drive have been distributed to students with returns accepted through October 20.  Students have the opportunity to sell more than magazines this year.  J ewelry, gift wrap, pizzas, cookie doughs, gifts, team cups, and more are also available.

Only magazine subscriptions, nuts, and gifts are available to order online at https://gaschoolstore.com .  Be sure to use YC code 2569838 in your online order, print the confirmation page, and bring it to school with the rest of your orders.

All refrigerated items must be ordered through a student using a paper order form.  The perishable items must be picked up on Wednesday, November 15, from 3-6:30 PM.  We cannot store any items not claimed during this time.

Encourage students to contact parents of recent YC graduates to encourage them to renew their subscriptions they purchased in previous years.  If they place their order or renewal online, be sure to have them print the confirmation and forward it to the student to submit with their returns.

Don't forget - your student can earn up to $2,500 in tuition credit for college!  Be sure to review the "Tuition Rewards" flyer in your Magazine (and more) Drive packet for details.

A s always, we ask for your help to count and record the returns. No experience is necessary.  Training takes less than 15 minutes.  If you would like to help, please click here for the form to complete and send it to the office c/o Mrs. Sheila Gick or email it to [email protected] .

9th Grade Retreat
Our 9th Grade students will be on Retreat on Wednesday, October 18, at GAiN (Global Aid Network) Logistics Center in Mt. Joy, PA.  This will be a Service retreat as we work alongside other Christians to serve the global poor.  We will be praying a Rosary in the midst of our service and we will be eating a very basic lunch as a reminder of all those who must live in poverty every day.  We pray this retreat day will strengthen the students' personal relationship with our Lord by serving those in need around the world.  GAiN began its mission following the collapse of the Soviet Union, but is now shipping much needed goods and seeds to Africa and South America.  For more information on this group, please visit http://www.gainusa.org These retreat hours do not count toward Service Hour requirements.
