ESG CAPER errors and Helpdesk Assistance
ESG CAPER - Exit Destination issues

The Data Center has found that Question 23 (Exit Destination) and its sub-questions in the dashboard ESG CAPER report are not counting all valid responses. Our HMIS Lead has been informed, and they are working with the vendor, Mediware, to correct this error.

In terms of the State ESG Application, the Data Center can run a replacement report for your agency. Please call the Helpdesk for assistance.

ESG CAPER Tips

Quick reminder that the Data Center has an ESG CAPER Guide located here.  All HMIS reports used to complete the ESG Application, must use the date range January 1, 2017 - August 31, 2017.
