What: Simchat Torah Shabbat with BBYO
When: October 13 @6pm
Where: The Hillel House

Local BBYOers will join with our students for a joyous Simchat Torah Shabbat celebration! Please note the earlier start time.
We will be outside all night so remember to bring a sweater!

Arabs Breaking the Silence Speakers Panel at SJSU
Christians, Muslims and Bedouins from Israel share their unique stories living in the Middle East.

Minorities Coordinator for the NGO Reservists on Duty in Israel.

 
What: Birthright: Past, Present & Future
When: October 18 @ 6pm
Where: The Hillel House

Join with past Birthright participants for a photo exhibition and dinner served just like at the Bedouin camp in the desert.
 
What: Kosher Cookout

Shabbat Dinner is the cornerstone of Jewish life at Hillel of Silicon Valley, and we rely on the support of our wonderful community to provide Shabbat Dinner every Friday night to our five campuses.

We are looking for members of the community to help mentor our students - in career advice, for tutoring, and other fields.
