You've been hearing the buzz of "Smart Cities" and 5G and probably thinking what does it mean to my company or my family? 5G is the name given to the next generation of mobile data connectivity that comes after 4G. After reviewing the info below - I think you will see there are tremendous benefits to adding your voice as the Chamber advocates for Bellevue to be the place of choice for early adoption.

Q2 2017 Downtown Bellevue Condo Market Update
Despite record low inventory, Downtown Bellevue condo sales volume was up in the 2nd quarter along with prices. 51 condos sold averaging $878,263 per unit and $662/sq. ft. - a 13% increase in average price from Q2 2016. With only 25 actively listed condos and 24 condos under contract to purchase, we anticipate continued strong demand and look forward to seeing more inventory enter the market as we head into Fall.
