Highlights!
MMDT turned TWO on Monday
! We are so appreciative of all the amazing volunteers and sponsors, especially our Title Sponsor Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, a huge part of our success. We enjoyed six musicians along the route, an interesting route game that made us laugh, and each park was activated with a fun-filled fitness activity. More than 35 people enjoyed a free yoga class at Patriot's Park hosted by Sutra Yoga Studios. We had an energetic visit from the Suns Gorilla, as well as a healthy and delicious feta salad. The recipe was created by the Girl Scouts - Arizona Cactus-Pine Council in partnership with BCBS of AZ. Participants even got to take a nourishing Arizona fresh produce bag with all of the ingredients to recreate it at home.
The evening wouldn't be complete without Sandy Talley's outstanding birthday cake...two to be exact...a white cake and a chocolate. Yum!!

Just a reminder to grab a blinky light at check-in to keep yourselves safe at night! Safety is our number one priority at MMDT, and we want to make sure that we are lighting up the streets with our red, blinking lights!

Play Pickleball at MMDT!
Pickle-ball is back in action at Civic Space Park. Stop along the route and learn how to play a game for the whole family. The rules are simple and the game is tons of fun!
