Life often feels off balance. Jewish spiritual practice can help us cultivate an orientation of increased balance, so that we can thrive as human beings. This primarily silent retreat,  open to everyone , will explore the ways in which our practice can support our capacity for finding healthy equilibrium in an off-kilter world.

This 15-month cohort program will run from April 2018 through July 2019. Join other aspiring Jewish meditation teachers in deepening your practice, building your teaching skills, and growing as leaders in the field of Jewish mindfulness meditation. Applications open through November 15, 2017.
