NJ RIOT NORTH SUMMER '18 SUPPLEMENTAL TRYOUTS

If you missed our tryouts or would like another opportunity to be considered for our Summer 2018 teams, we invite you attend our Supplemental Tryout:

NORTH LOCATION SUPPLEMENTAL TRYOUT

When: Tuesday, August 29, 2017
Where: SuperDome Sports, 134 Hopper Avenue, Waldwick NJ
Time: 5pm-7pM
Schedule: Tryouts will be help predominantly for players as follows:
- GOALIES in classes 2021-2026
- FACEOFF/FOGO'S in classes (2021-2026 
- 2026 MORRIS/NORTH mix team - All positions
- 2021 All Positions
- 2023 Attack
- 2024 Defense 

Online registration ($40) is open now and will close at 8pm on Monday, August 28th.
Walk-ups will be welcome ($60).

Tryouts are being held with the goal of selecting players to fill needs on our existing teams.  We are unable to provide evaluations after the tryouts.

NJ RIOT SPEED & AGILITY CLINIC
Open to All

Speed/Strength/Conditioning Coach RICH ROBINSON (Bergen Catholic/World Class Fitness) has joined the NJ Riot Coaching Staff to offer a very unique App-based Training Program (coming soon).

We will be holding a series of live field sessions (open to all grades whether you play for NJ Riot or not) with the first one being held at the MORRIS COUNTY PARK TURF FIELDS in Morris Plains, NJ on Monday, September 18 from 4:30-6:30PM. 

This is a great opportunity to get ready for Fall tournaments, showcases and prospect days!

Athletes will learn and execute: A proper Dynamic Warmup, Agility drills to enhance flexibility and athletic ability, improving core strength, lacrosse specific drills to improve strength and power development.
