Having just returned from New York where Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar and Firouz FarmanFarmaian's show opened at Shirin Gallery to great acclaim, we are now looking forward to going to Abu Dhabi for the next edition of the Abu Dhabi Art Fair.  Always a good opportunity to see great art and meet up with friends.

Are you based in the UK and want to know more about Iran's heritage and culture?  Why not apply to join the Iran Society, London's oldest strictly non-political society, featuring regular lectures and events relating to the country.

We hope you enjoy reading our round up of the latest happenings in the Middle Eastern art scene and whatever you are up to in November, have a good month and keep us posted about your activities.
