(MPV), a grass-roots faith-based human rights organization. Since its inception in 2007, Ani has presided over MPV's expansion to include chapters and affiliates in 12 countries and 19 cities, as well as securing consultative status at the United Nations.
MPV advocates for egalitarian expressions of Islam, for women's rights, LGBTQI rights, freedom of expression, and freedom of and from religion or belief. At the United Nations, MPV challenges human rights abuses in Muslim-majority countries in the name of Islam.

As an award winning singer/songwriter, she utilizes the power of music and the arts in countering radicalism as she speaks-sings her message of social justice and peace from a progressive Muslim woman's perspective.
Born in Malaysia, Ani, a Muslim since birth, spent a good portion of her formative years raised in Germany, Egypt and India as an Ambassador's daughter. Her exposure to different politics, religions and cultures has shaped her inclusive worldview.

December 1, 2016 World AIDS Day
Kol Ami is hosting a S
pecial Screening of
WHO'S GONNA LOVE ME NOW
Saar has never fulfilled his parents' expectations. Ever since he defied the rules of his kibbutz and was barred from the settlement community seventeen years ago, as far as his family is concerned, he simply does not exist. He left Israel to live freely as a gay man in London. When a three-year relationship ended, he threw himself into an excess of sex and drugs until he was diagnosed with HIV and was forced to rethink his life. He has finally found a home singing in the London Gay Men's Chorus .
This film provides a sensitive, humorous and charming record of how the now forty-year-old protagonist and his estranged parents and siblings set off to confront their disagreements and fears. Saar's intensely personal story illuminates the fascinating diversity of culture and religion and inspires us with the sincerity of his search for his identity.
