BRUCE: What is going on and are we almost home with the currencies we hold in terms of the blessing we are expecting? What I am finding the last few days is a lot of activity and movement of funds.
There has been a high level of expectation extremely high yesterday and last night. However, today direction has not been quite as clear as far as the information coming through. The information is not quite as clear as the information the last few days.
BRUCE: One thing I noticed is as far as Iraq is concerned is we know Iraq is pretty much done and complete. What we do hear about Iraq is chaos, ISIS, Mosul back. We are finding that Mosul was taken over bit by bit and the Iraqi flag put up every time they took back portion of the city.

Frank26: As DELTA finds more in Arabic....which he has by the way....if you can even find it....because you have to know where to look....then you have to read it in Arabic to want to translate it into English...and most of you don't know where to go and study what we determine we can or will share with you.....I am grateful for our TEAMS....I am grateful to God for understanding.....and we bring it to you.
Family....listen carefully.....a decision has been made.....and only the CBI website can tell us what it is.....pray for DELTA and his TEAMS....because they don't have to tell you....the international world until they are ready to post it on the CBI website.....DELTA's eyes.
So 10 cents to 85 cents to 1 to 1....gradual growth....a fast growth we don't know yet.....we know they have options.
All three articles say that the US dollar is decreasing against the IQD in a gradual increase of the IQD.....based on supply and demand.....hmmm...but at the blink of a Mosul....they could do things with their Monetary Reform.

Ecubucs: Rogue, not sure.. Very possible. I know they have been building new settlements all around Iraq! There was a documentory made of one new city just South of Baghdad built a few years back and it is Ultra Nice!!!!

Hi Everyone,
Emphasis now for us is the progress of retaking Mosul and then moving towards currency reform. In today's news they are giving us a nice progress report of only after 2 weeks of fighting. So we can see they should be declaring victory sometime very soon over all Mosul area? I firmly believe victory will come before this week is over. We watch and hope. See articles below.
The next article is telling us the expense of the fighting ISIS. From the tone of this article and articles from the past we can see that this war on terrorism has been a great financial burden on the economic status of Iraq and a major contributor as to why they have not yet completed the currency reform. They have told us this directly and indirectly in many articles and so here is yet another.

KHAZAR, Iraq - Word that the Iraqi army is nearing Mosul gave hope to traumatized refugees still covered in dust from their recent flight from the battle against the Islamic State militants.
"We are proud of the Iraqi army because they saved us," said Abu Ali, 52, from Bazwaya, a town about 10 miles east of central Mosul that government troops retook Monday from the Islamic State. "We are not afraid of them (government troops). We are afraid of the Islamic State."
Ali was among the 1,400 people - mostly Arab Sunni Muslims and members of the Shabaak sect of Islam - who arrived the past few days in a camp in Khazar, 25 miles north of Mosul. A week ago, the camp was still under construction. It's now prepared to hold 30,000 people.

For its part, announced that the Iraqi military command, on the 15th day of the battle of Mosul, the liberation of a number of villages and closer to the walls of Mosul.
