Check your September Paychecks and Infor HR for Salary Information 
  
 
Dear Teachers,
 
September paychecks will reflect pay changes to teacher/specialized service provider (SSP) compensation for the 2017-18 school year based on the new contract between Denver Public Schools and the Denver Classroom Teachers Association (DCTA).   • Annual IncreaseAll teachers and SSPs will begin seeing an annual increase of $1,400 for full-time employees.
  • Professional Evaluation IncentiveTeachers and SSPs with completed satisfactory evaluations from the 2016-17 school year will begin to see an annual increase amounting to $833 for those with 14 or fewer years of experience and $416 for those with more than 14 years of service.
  • PDUsTeachers and SSPs can continue earning one Professional Development Unit (PDU) per year. Banked PDUs are paid in September.
  • Title I IncentiveTeachers and SSPs who will be earning the new expanded Title I incentive will see the $1,500 incentive divided into 12 equal installments of $125 (for full-time employees). This will be coded on paychecks as "SCHLMRKT." 
  • Highest Priority IncentiveAll teachers working in a Highest Priority school will continue to receive a monthly incentive (up to $250). Teachers returning to a Highest Priority School will receive an additional retention incentive as a one-time payment up to $1,000 in October. Click here for more information.
