PROSTART BOOT CAMP
The Collins College hosted the Southern California ProStart Boot camp, presented by the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. California ProStart Competition boot camps provide a crash course in many areas of the culinary and management competition. These boot camps help prepare students to compete in both culinary and management competitions. 
HALLOWEEN AT COLLINS COLLEGE
The Collins College invited hospitality management students to to trick or treating this afternoon. Candy, Collins College stickers, erasers, Scantrons and other goodies were distributed. Check out photos by clicking here.  
PIZZA WITH THE PRESIDENTS
CPP will host its quarterly Pizza with the Presidents on Tuesday, Nov. 1 from noon to 1 p.m. in the University Quad.  Coley and ASI President Uriah Sanders, along with other campus administrators, will be present to listen to concerns and answer questions.  Free pizza and drinks will be served. CHEFS OF THE FUTURE
Volunteers needed! On Nov. 8-9, the United Culinarians will be prepping and plating a three-course menu for the seniors at Mt. San Antonio Gardens. This is an opportunity to apply what you have learned in the classroom and apply to working in a professional kitchen while serving the community. CPHA GENERAL MEETING
CPHA is having a general meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 8 during U-Hour in room 80-100. Come learn about their upcoming tour and social! Food will be provided.
STUDY ABROAD IN ITALY
Collins College students interested in the 2017 Apicius Study Abroad program in Italy must attend an information session. The Apicius Study Abroad program includes learning about the cuisines, wines, history, language, and art of historic Italy in a 4-week program designed to cultivate an appreciation for Italian culture. There are two info sessions coming up: November 29, 12-1 p.m. and November 30, 1-2 p.m. in the Hilton Classroom. ASEP GENERAL MEETING
Come join ASEP on Thursday, Nov. 10 at U-Hour in the Wine Auditorium and see what plans they have for their 10th anniversary. They'll also be having their first guest speaker of the year! Lunch will be provided. 
CPHA MORONGO RESORT & SPA TOUR

ASEP TV TAPING
Come help ASEP fundraise by being part of a live studio audience! Students have the opportunity to watch a new CBS comedy called Superior Donuts. CHANGE OF MAJOR WORKSHOP
If you are planning on changing your major to Hospitality Management, you must attend one of the meetings on Friday, Nov. 18 at from 10 a.m. to noon in room 80-102 or on Wednesday, Nov. 30 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in room 80-102. The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is currently seeking students interested in applying for a Summer 2016 internship in the corporate sector. The program dates are June 17 - August 27, 2017. More information can be found here
