We are delighted to announce that our Spring 2017 Scrapbooking Retreat Weekend will once again be held at the Oakwood Resort and Spa in Grand Bend, Ontario! The dates are April 21-23, 2017, and we are now taking registrations.  Our weekend will run from 12:00 noon on Friday until 3:00 pm on Sunday.    
The Oakwood Inn has proven to be the perfect spot for our weekend retreats!  They have a fabulous venue with a large, bright space for our cropping and on-site store set-up,  deluxe rooms that include pillow top beds, plasma TVs, fireplace and mini fridge, and a Spa, Sauna, Indoor Pool, Hot Tub and Fitness Center for those that like to indulge.  Plus, the sandy shores of beautiful Lake Huron are only a 5-minute walk away!
All the meals are buffet style served in a separate dining room and prepared to perfection!

For our Spring Retreat we will have two large rooms for cropping.  You may request the upper level room or the lower level room, as long as space is still available.  Our on-site store will be located on the lower level, so if you prefer to be on the same level as the store, choose the lower level.  Also note that if you request the lower level, there is a set of stairs involved. Please specify when booking which level you prefer.

A Fabulous Getaway
Your weekend will include a minimum of 4 ft. table space to scrapbook,  shared power supplied at each pod of tables, welcome gifts and an on-site store provided by Two Scrapbook Friends.  You also receive 2 nights deluxe accommodations with full maid service and fabulous buffet-style meals; dinner on Friday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday!




Pamper Yourself
You will also have free use of the Indoor Pool, Sauna and Hot Tubs and Fitness Center. The resort is only a 5 minute walk to the beach - perfect for some exercise or a photo shoot with your friends!  If you like, you can also take advantage of the Lakeside Spa while you are with us.  Book an appointment for a facial, manicure, pedicure or other spa services.

Your cost for this fabulous weekend package including meals and accommodations is as follows:

Single - $499 + HST

Double - $360 + HST

Triple - $340 + HST

Quad - $320 + HST

 

To make it easy for all our friends to attend, we only require a $150.00 deposit to reserve your spot.  This deposit is non-refundable (absolutely no exceptions).  It is due upon registration, with the remaining balance due by March 1, 2016.
