The Dallas Business Journal's Best Places to Work 2016

Congrats to our entire staff for being named one of the "Best Places To Work" by the Dallas Business Journal for 2016! Not quite sure about Chris and Mike, but the rest of us were really excited!

On the Road with Texas811

We are proud to have been a part of the ISE Expo in San Antonio in September. We are also proud to have shared a booth with our partners in damage prevention, North American Telecommunications Damage Prevention Council (NTDPC) .

We stopped by Lakeview Centennial High School in Garland, TX  and had a blast with Mr. Fleming's classroom for a Job Interview Workshop! The students did great and enjoyed the real-life experience.

In September we received 2,336 calls in Spanish. That means callers spoke directly with a Spanish speaker in our contact center. We never outsource our bi-lingual calls.
That puts a wrap on this month's newsletter. If you've got an event coming up that we should give a shout out for, send an email.

Until next time, dig safe!

Sincerely,

Texas811
